Coach Nick is currently the fitness and personal training coordinator for Rutgers University where he creates and implements a comprehensive fitness and wellness program for the entirety of the Rutgers student and faculty community. He has worked with hundreds of clients of every fitness level to help them reach their goals at numerous gyms and locations from physical therapy centers to CrossFit gyms.

After finding olympic weightlifting in high school and continuing in college, a friend (and future regional competitor) introduced him to CrossFit with a deadlift/burpee couplet. He was hooked for years and trained steadfast with the beasts at CrossFit Salus. He has recently refined his focus back towards weightlifting even though he can never pass up some sprints and muscle ups.

With deep roots in olympic weightlifting and sports performance, Nick has a more targeted focus in weightlifting technique and programming specifically for the CrossFit athlete looking for improvements in overall fitness. His own training encompasses olympic and power lifts, heavy conditioning and sprints, with some gymnastics sprinkled in.
