Coach Dan is a converted cross-fit non-believer. In college he ran several triathlons, marathons, and endurance races and competed in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. After college, he started training clients at a traditional gym with a focus on functional movements and technique.

Unhappy with the limitations of training at a traditional gym, Dan then stumbled into a Crossfit gym and never looked back, signing up for his CrossFit Level I Course within a few months of falling in love with it.

Dan also is co founder of betterbeing. Betterbeing is a guide to get you eating right and staying strong while you workout. They keep it simple, and stick to a game plan. That’s it. They give you the game plan, all you have to do is stay consistent!
